Product Description:

Agilent Technologies, Inc. 54752A 2 Channel 50 GHz Plug-in for the Agilent 54750A

The Agilent Technologies, Inc. 54752A oscilloscope is a graph-displaying device – it draws a graph of an electrical signal. In most applications, the graph shows how signals change over time: the vertical (Y) axis represents voltage and the horizontal (X) axis represents time. The intensity or brightness of the display is sometimes called the Z axis.

The Agilent Technologies, Inc. 54752A oscilloscope's simple graph can tell you many things about a signal, such as: the time and voltage values of a signal, the frequency of an oscillating signal, the “moving parts” of a circuit represented by the signal, the frequency with which a particular portion of the signal is occurring relative to, other portions, whether or not a malfunctioning component is distorting the signal, how much of a signal is direct current (DC) or alternating current (AC) and how much of the signal is noise and whether the noise is changing with time.

The HP 54752A has two 50 GHz bandwidth channels and the HP 54752B provides a single cost-effective channel. Both plug-ins use 2.4 mm connectors to provide the highest fidelity from the DUT.
These plug-ins also feature a dual bandwidth scheme which can be selected independently from the mainframe. The low-bandwidth mode bandlimits the signal to 26.5 GHz. The high-bandwidth mode RMS noise performance is <1.5 mV and the low-bandwidth mode is <0.75 mV. Max Noise(RMS) on 50 GHz <=1.5 mV
Used with 54750 Highband Oscilloscope
2nd Channel: 26.5 GHz
Transition Time <=13.2 ps
Max Noise (RMS) <0.75 mV
Vertical Acuracy 1.6%
Vertical Resolution 12Bits
