Lower harmonic distortion

The PSG equipped with Option 1EH significantly improves the harmonic distortion performance for carrier frequencies ranging from 10 MHz to 2 GHz. The standard performance is -28 dBc in this frequency band and Option 1EH improves the harmonic performance to -55 dBc.

Typical applications

Option 1EH is recommended for receiver and component test applications that require premium signal quality. Common applications include non-linear distortion characterization from the component to the system level and receiver blocking tests.

This option can be added as a product upgrade.
