Transitioning from 53131A, 53132A, 53181A frequency counters to their replacements, the 53200 Series RF and universal frequency counter/timers
The 53132A is a universal counter capable of measuring frequencies to 225 MHz on channels 1 and 2. With an optional RF channel 3, either Option 030, Option 050, or Option 124, this capability is extended to 3.0, 5.0, or 12.4 GHz, respectively. The optional RF channel can be used to make frequency, period, and ratio measurements (channel 1 / channel 3 or channel 3 / channel 1).
For rear panel terminals, option 061 can be ordered along with option 030. Option 061 will add connectors for channel 1 and 2 to the rear panel, in parallel with the front panel connectors. The connector for channel 3 will be moved to the rear panel.
