Waveform generation

Advanced baseband signal generation

Option 303 consists of seven waveform generators that can be set independently, with up to five simultaneously using the composite modulation features in AM, FM/PM and LF out. The signal generator can provide complex summing of multiple functions, as well as providing a LF output all at the same time. The multifunction generator provides the ultimate signal playback flexibility.

Typical application

The multifunction generator is recommended for component and receiver test applications requiring additional modulation, such as AM hum or phase modulation, for a desired signal. Common applications include cellular and wireless technologies on the manufacturing floor or in the engineering lab.

This option can be added as a product upgrade.
